§ 51.085 SHUT-OFF POLICY FOR NEW ACCOUNTS.
   (A)   On an account transferred to a new owner, the new owner takes over any existing balances.
   (B)   A new account becomes delinquent if not paid within 60 days of receipt of first billing, and the water may be shut off.
