§ 51.081 BILLING GENERALLY.
   (A)   Billing for water service shall be made on a monthly basis.
   (B)   The bills shall be payable at Norwest Bank in Lead or Deadwood, automatic bank deduction or at City Hall.
   (C)   Any bills unpaid at the time the bill is due for the following month shall be considered delinquent. A late fee shall be charged to any account 30 days past due.
