§ 51.061 CHECK VALVE BETWEEN METER AND BOILER.
   Where a water meter has been placed on a pipe connection to a boiler or other hot water apparatus, a check valve must be placed and maintained between the meter and the broiler or hot water apparatus, which valve shall protect the meter from back pressure of steam, the owner of the premises shall be responsible to pay for the damage.
