§ 51.030 TURN ON/OFF PROCEDURES.
   (A)   Requests for water turn on or turn off (service call) shall be made to the Utility Secretary, who in turn notifies the Utilities Superintendent.
   (B)   The owner or an owner's representative must be present and sign as witness of water turn on or turn off unless other arrangements have been made.
