§ 51.027 REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT.
   (A)   Underground water service lines requiring repairs, which are galvanized iron, pipe or lead pipe connected in the water system shall be replaced completely with material specified in the Plumbing Code.
   (B)   The replacement shall be at the expense of the owner and the Utility Department on their respective portions of the service line.
