§ 34.52 PROPERTY TAX REBATE RESPONSIBILITIES.
   It shall be the responsibility of the property owner to request this rebate. This request must include a property tax receipt of the property before improvements and a property tax receipt during/after improvements. Proof of tax payment must be presented to the City of Lead Finance Office by November 30 of the payment year.
