§ 150.10 INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE SEWAGE DISPOSAL CODE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE; AMENDMENTS.

   (A)   Adopted by reference. The International Private Sewage Disposal Code, 2021 Edition, is hereby adopted by reference.

   (B)   Amendments. The following sections are hereby revised:

      (1)   Section 101.1. Insert: City of Lead.

      (2)   Section 114.4. Insert: Determined by city ordinance.

      (3)   Section 405.2.5. Insert: Determined, as appropriate, by Lead Officials.

      (4)   Section 405.2.6. Insert: Determined, as appropriate, by Lead Officials.

   (C)   Elimination. The following section is hereby eliminated:

      (1)   Section 106.4.3. Paragraphs 2 and 3.
