§ 78.08 NOTICE TO REMOVE.
   It shall be the duty of the Public Safety Department to notify, in writing, the property owner advising of the nuisance vehicle and ordering the removal or abatement of the ordinance violation within five business days or within a time set by the enforcing officer as deemed reasonable as such. The notification will advise that failure to comply with such notice shall result in the vehicle being removed by the city and that all fines, fees, and costs associated with the vehicle removal will be the responsibility of the property owner.
