For purposes of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ABANDONED MOTOR VEHICLE. Any motor vehicle which is left unattended on any public street, alley, highway or public parking lot or other public place or left on private property without the permission of the landowner or tenant for more than 72 consecutive hours.
ANTIQUE VEHICLE. Any motor vehicle that is 30 or more years old and is being held for antique collection purposes.
APPROPRIATE COVER. Any covering that is manufactured, designed or intended for covering objects which is of a neutral color and does not cause attraction to its presence.
COVERED. The terms or phrases shall have the meaning that no parts of the vehicle shall be showing or visible except for the lower half of the vehicle wheels and tires.
JUNK MOTOR VEHICLES. Any motor vehicle which does not have lawfully affixed thereto unexpired license plates and a current motor vehicle safety inspection sticker, if applicable, or which is wrecked, dismantled, partially dismantled, inoperable or discarded.
MOTOR VEHICLE. Any self-propelled or towed vehicle including, but not limited to, automobiles, motorcycles, motor scooters, trucks, tractors, go-carts, golf carts, campers, and trailers.
