§ 77.11 RIDING BICYCLES ON STREETS.
   Any person riding or operating a bicycle upon any street shall obey all traffic regulations and operate said bicycle in a safe manner. STREET means a way or place of whatever nature publicly maintained and open to the use of the public for purposes of travel.
