§ 76.08 HOURS OF PERMITTED OPERATION.
   No snowmobile shall be operated within the city between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. except that a driver may drive during this restricted time when he/she is coming into town to his/her residence or is leaving town to go to his/her residence, when driving to and from work or by special authorization by the Police Department.
