§ 76.05 LICENSING AND REGISTRATION OF SNOWMOBILES.
   No snowmobile shall be operated within the city unless said snowmobile is properly licensed by the State of South Dakota and the South Dakota snowmobile license plates are properly affixed to said snowmobile.
