§ 32.12 PUBLIC WORKS ADMINISTRATOR.
   (A)   Creation of Office. The Office of Public Works Administrator is hereby created. The Public Works Administrator shall be responsible for the administration and direction of all aspects of public works to include, streets, parks, cemeteries and public utilities.
   (B)   Appointment of Public Works Administrator. The Public Works Administrator shall be appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the majority of the Lead City Commission for a one-year term or until his or her successor is duly appointed and qualified.
   (C)   Powers and duties of Public Works Administrator. The Public Works Administrator shall perform all duties and have all powers as provided by law and by resolution or motion of the Lead City Commission.
