§ 155.054 PARK OR FOREST DISTRICT.

   Land use covenants within this District may allow:

   (A)   Transportation and utility easements and rights-of-way;

   (B)   Public parks and/or playgrounds;

   (C)   Historical monuments or structures;

   (D)   Utility substations; and

   (E)   Tree or crop growing areas and grating lands.
