§ 154.04 APPROVALS NECESSARY FOR ACCEPTANCE OF SUBDIVISION PLATS.

Before any plat shall be recorded or be of any validity, it shall have been approved by the Planning Commission and by the Lead City Commission as having fulfilled the requirements of this chapter.
