§ 32.03 OATH OF OFFICER.
   (A)   Persons required to take oath of office. Each of the following officers and department heads and other officers as may be appointed shall be required to take an oath of office before entering upon the discharge of his or her duties, which oath shall be subscribed by the person taking it and shall be filed in the City Finance office:
      (1)   Officers. The Mayor, Commissioners, officers and department heads;
      (2)   Police officers. Every member of the Department of Police (including any private, special, temporary or substitute police officers which a city might find it necessary to appoint); and
   (B)   Form of oath for the chief administrator and officers.
