Any person, club, firm, corporation or association who shall violate any provision of this chapter or any provision of any regulation adopted by the city pursuant to authority granted by this chapter, shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of not more than $200 or 30 days incarceration or both plus the cost of prosecution, and each day's failure of compliance with any provision shall constitute a separate violation.
