§ 32.02 APPOINTIVE OFFICERS.
   The appointive officers of the city shall be a City Administrator, Public Works Administrator, Public Safety Administrator/Chief of Police, Building Official, City Finance Officer, City Librarian, City Attorney, City Engineer, City Newspaper, City Depositories and other officers as may be necessary for the administration of city business and affairs. All the appointments shall be made as provided for by state law and this code of ordinances and unless otherwise provided for by ordinance shall be made at the first meeting in May of each year and shall be for a term of one year, or until their successors are duly appointed and qualified.
