(A) No permanent additions of any kind shall be built onto or become a part of any trailer coach unless a secondary or emergency exit from the trailer is provided which does not open into the addition. Skirting of coaches is permissible, but the skirting shall not permanently attach the coach to the ground, provide a harborage for rodents, or create a fire hazard. Skirting shall be constructed of one-hour fire resistant material.
(B) The wheels of the coach shall not be removed except temporarily for repairs. Jacks or stabilizers may be placed under the frame of the coach to prevent the movement on the springs while the coach is parked and occupied.
