§ 31.11 QUORUM.
   A majority of all the members elected to the Lead City Commission shall constitute a quorum at any regular or special meeting of the Lead City Commission. In the absence of a quorum, presiding officer shall, at the request of any two members present, compel the attendance of absent members.
