(A) Every journeyman electrician shall at all times work under the supervision of an electrical contractor.
(B) Every electrical contractor shall at all times have a licensed journeyman electrician in immediate charge of any electrical work.
(C) Every licensed electrical contractor shall be held responsible for the acts of his or her employees done under and by virtue of his or her license.
(D) The Lead City Commission may revoke any license under this subchapter for any violation of the Electrical Code or the provisions of this subchapter.
