(A) Every journeyman plumber shall at all times work under the control and supervision of a plumbing contractor.
(B) Every plumbing contractor shall at all times have a licensed journeyman plumber in immediate charge of any plumbing work.
(C) Every licensed plumbing contractor shall be held responsible for the acts of his or her employees done under and by virtue of his or her license.
(D) The Lead City Commission may revoke any license issued under this chapter for any violation of the Plumbing Code or the provisions of this chapter.
