§ 110.120 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER. Any person who, by his or her knowledge, training and experience is qualified and capable of doing plumbing work.
   PLUMBING. The act of installing pipes, fixtures and equipment for the conveyance of water, gas, sewage and other liquids.
   PLUMBING CONTRACTOR. Any person contracting and responsible for the installation of plumbing work.
