Before any person so licensed shall move any building or part of building in, along or across any public street or ground within the city, he or she shall obtain a permit so to do from the Lead Building Official, in which permit may be prescribed the route to be taken in so moving the building or part thereof, the length of time which may be consumed in the work, and any other conditions which may be required in the interest of public safety.
