§ 110.101 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.
   (A)   Application for a house mover's license shall be in writing, filed with Lead city officials.
   (B)   The application shall, in addition to other required information, describe the equipment to be used by the applicant, and must be approved by the Lead Building Official by endorsement on the application
