(A) No minor under 18 years of age unattended by his or her parent or guardian shall loiter in any billiard hall, pool hall or bowling alley, wherein alcoholic beverages are served.
(B) The owner or person in charge of any billiard hall, pool hall or bowling alley, wherein alcoholic beverages are served, shall not allow or permit any minor under 18 years of age unattended by his or her parent or guardian to loiter in the billiard hall, pod hall or bowling alley.
