(A) The driveway permit fee shall be set by resolution of the city and shall be collected by the Building Official at the time of application.
(B) The building permit fee shall be as set by the Lead City Commission.
(C) Any costs incurred by the city for required engineering review of larger parking areas shall be paid by the developer (i.e. storm drainage requirements, approach design and the like).
