§ 94.088 SPECIAL ASSESSMENT.
   Upon failure of the property owner to make repairs as required in § 94.086 above, the Lead City Commission shall cause the repairs to be made in accordance with SDCL Chapter 9-45 and Chapter 9-46 that deals with special assessments for public improvements for maintenance and repairs.
