Vehicles parked on or adjacent to city streets that are indistinguishable from the surrounding environment, due to snowfall, shall be considered a hazard. The owners/operators of such vehicles shall be required to mark the vehicle in a manner that the city snow plow operators are made aware of the hazard. The markings must be on each end of the hazard and visible to snow plow operators.
