§ 94.034 SNOW INTO STREETS.
   (A)   Any individual or business who deliberately or intentionally removes snow or ice and places it into a public street, road or travel way shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to § 94.999.
   (B)   Placement of snow onto a street department-created pile or windrow will be allowed.
   (C)   Placement of hand-shoveled snow or ice, by residential homeowners or tenants, onto public streets, roads or travel ways prior to the removal of the snow by street crews shall be allowed. This placement of snow must be of a reasonable nature and must not create an additional burden to city crews.
   (D)   Individuals or businesses will not be allowed to plow snow onto public streets, roads or travel ways under any circumstances.
