§ 94.030 DUTY OF OWNER.

(A) It shall be the duty of the owner, manager or lessee of property abutting upon any sidewalk, to avoid slippery conditions dangerous to public travel, to keep sidewalks free from ice and snow at all times.

(B) All sidewalks shall be free from ice and snow no later than 24 hours after snowfall, except in unusual circumstances.
