§ 94.020 MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC STAIRWAYS BY BENEFITTING PROPERTY OWNER(S).
   (A)   Publicly owned stairways used as the primary access to private property, as determined by the Lead City Commission, may be required to be maintained by the benefitting property owner(s) to standards of the Lead City Commission.
   (B)   These standards may include snow removal, weed control, removal of overhanging projections and general repairs.
