(A) The Building Inspector shall have full power to condemn existing sidewalks which need repairs or which constitute a safety hazard, and to require the abutting property owner to make repairs by serving written notice.
(B) The written notice shall specify the nature of repairs required and the deadline date for the completion of repairs.
