§ 94.015 SUPERVISION OF AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION.
   (A)   The construction of all new sidewalks upon or along all streets in the city shall be done under the direct supervision of the city's engineer.
   (B)   The repair or replacement of existing sidewalks shall be supervised by the Building Inspector. Sidewalk construction shall be of concrete and shall conform to specifications recommended by the city's engineer and approved by the Lead City Commission.
   (C)   Wooden sidewalks shall be permitted only by the approval of a variance and after consultation with the city's engineer.
