§ 91.036 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.
   (A)   Any person owning, keeping, maintaining or having in their custody any animal shall acquire a license from the City of Lead.
   (B)   Each application shall be in writing stating name, sex, color and other distinguishing characteristics of the animal and the name and address of the applicant.
