§ 91.002 RUNNING AT LARGE.
   No owner, person in charge or immediate family member of any animal shall permit the animal to run at large in the city and no animal shall run off the premises of its owner unless on a restraint and accompanied by its owner, person in charge or a member of the owner's immediate family.
