(A) No license shall be issued unless a certificate of insurance or other proof is filed showing that the cemetery contractor carries liability insurance not less than $5,000 per incident or claim.
(B) This subchapter, being necessary for the support of municipal government, shall take effect upon the passage and publication thereof.
