§ 90.47 COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS.

It shall be the duty of the cemetery contractors to comply with all ordinances related to excavating of burial plots, installing, erecting or establishing any burial vault, grave marker or grave monument and all laws and ordinances pertaining to regulating the activities engaged therein.
