§ 90.31 SETTLEMENT OF SALES TRANSACTIONS.
   (A)   All cemetery lots or grave spaces hereafter sold shall be settled for at the time of purchase.
   (B)   No burial shall be made in a lot for which the city has not received full settlement, except in cases where payment is to be made by the legal representative from the funds of a decedent's estate. In those cases, settlement may be deferred for a period not exceeding 60 days or until the funds are available for settlement.
