§ 90.25 CREATION.

(A) The Lead City Commission shall create and maintain a permanent fund from gifts, bequests made by any person by will or otherwise, from all sums derived from the perpetual care fee, and from any other sums that may from time to time be appropriated by the Lead City Commission for the purpose of providing for the perpetual care of the municipal cemeteries.

(B) The city shall use the income generated from the Fund for the improvement and care of the cemeteries.
