The territories heretofore conveyed to the city or presently being used by the city under homes take permit for use as cemeteries and previously known as the South Lead Cemetery, the Catholic Cemetery (adjoining the South Lead Cemetery), the Mountain Lawn Cemetery and the Holy Cross Cemetery shall all be known as municipal cemeteries of the city and the same are hereby placed under the immediate direction and control of the Mayor of the city, subject at all times to the supervision of the Lead City Commission.
