§ I-1.004 INTERPRETATION, CONFLICT, AND SEVERABILITY.
   (A)   Interpretation. In its interpretation and application, this title shall be held to be the minimum requirements for the promotion of the public health, safety, and general welfare of the county.
   (B)   Conflict. Whenever any provision of this title conflicts with other legally adopted regulations, the more restrictive ordinance or regulation shall apply.
   (C)   Severability. Should any section or provision of this title be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the title as a whole, but only that portion so adjudged.
