(A) Payments due the City of Lawrenceburg may be made by means of personal or corporate credit/debit cards, except where an individual department within City government has elected not to accept such payment method, or if as such method of payment is otherwise prohibited.
(B) The inability to successfully complete any credit or debit card transaction shall not relieve the payee of the responsibility to make such payment by an alternate means and in a timely manner.
(C) A processing fee equal to three (3%) percent of the tendered amount shall be collected by the City on any payment made by means of a credit or debit card.
