§ 39.52 SPECIAL PURPOSE GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES (SPGE).
   (A)   The commission shall comply with all applicable the provisions of KRS 65A.010 to 65A.090 governing SPGEs.
   (B)   Fiscal year. The commission shall operate on the same fiscal year as the city, beginning July 1st of each year and ending on June 30 of the next following year.
