In conjunction with the Fiscal Court for the County of Anderson and the simultaneous enactment by said body of a similar county ordinance, there is hereby established the Lawrenceburg-Anderson County Tourism Commission. The commission shall serve and operate under such terms and conditions as may be established by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and all applicable ordinances enacted by the establishing bodies.
