§ 150.09 TIME LIMITATIONS.
   (A)   An application for permit for any proposed work shall be considered abandoned six (6) months after the date of filing if a permit has not been issued. The Code Official may grant one (1) or more extensions of time not exceeding ninety (90) days each, if there is reasonable cause.
   (B)   A permit for any proposed work shall be considered abandoned:
      (1)   Twelve (12) months after the date of issuance unless work has commenced on the work to be performed;
      (2)   After work has ceased for six (6) months. The Code Official may grant one (1) or more extensions of time not exceeding ninety (90) days each if there is reasonable cause.
