For definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
“MINOR.” Any unemancipated person under the age of eighteen (18).
“PARENT.” Any person having legal custody of a minor as a natural or adoptive parent or legal guardian, or who otherwise stands in loco parentis.
“ALLOW.” With either actual or constructive knowledge, permit or neglect to prevent violation of this chapter by a minor.
