(A) Whoever violates any provision of this title shall be fined not more than $250. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any person or business violating the limitations in § 112.10 shall be fined not less than $2, nor more than $50 for each offense. Each half hour of illegal operation, or portion thereof, shall be deemed a separate offense.
