§ 95.01 DISEASE.

No person shall knowingly bring or import, or disseminate in the city smallpox, scarlet fever, or any infectious or contagious, variolous, or virulent disease, or fail to comply strictly with all regulations and directions of the health officer and Board of Health as to quarantine, detention, and segregation.
