§ 91.43 BONDS REQUIRED.
   The following bonds shall accompany an application for a permit hereunder:
   (A)   Construction and maintenance. In all cases, the Street Superintendent shall require a maintenance and construction bond to be filed with the application for a permit hereunder in the sum of $250 for the benefit of the city and conditioned that such work shall be done in accordance with the city's standard specifications and guaranteeing the same for a period of one year.
   (B)   Failure of compliance by permittee. In any case where a permittee hereunder shall be in default, or shall fail to comply with the requirements of this subchapter, the Street Superintendent shall order the completion of the work by the city from all claims for damages or injury to other persons or property by reason of such alteration work.

   (C)   Indemnity. The Street Superintendent shall have the authority to require an applicant hereunder to file an additional bond in form and amount acceptable to him for the benefit of the city conditioned to protect and save harmless the city from all claims for damages or injury to other persons or property by reason of such alteration work.
